A Casket ticket gives you and your family a great chance to make yourself comfortable with a First Prize of $100,000.
There is a maximum of 110,000 tickets sold in each $2 Casket draw. The winning ticket numbers are drawn on the date specified on your Casket ticket. Not all tickets have to be sold in a draw. The number of tickets sold will vary dependent upon the draw closure date.
2,363 ticket numbers are drawn at random, one after another. These numbers (in drawn order) win prizes from the First Prize of $100,000 down to $5.
But there are still 4,726 more prizes to be won! Every ticket holder who has a ticket number that is closest to any of the winning numbers drawn, will receive a consolation prize. The closest ticket number sold may not be the next consecutive ticket number. As consolation prizes are not published, to find out if you have won a consolation prize, take your receipt to your Golden Casket shop to have it checked.
That means a total of 7,089 tickets win in every $2 Casket draw.
Consolation Prizes Consolation prizes are payable for any sold ticket number that is closest to a 'Major' or 'Minor' prize winning ticket.

How to buy a Casket ticket There are three easy ways to buy a Casket ticket (subject to availability):
Ask your Agent for any number/s you like between 1 and 110,000 or let the computer pick the number/s for you; or
Pick any sequence of numbers yourself (up to 2,000 numbers) eg. 1001 through to 3000; or
Ask your Agent for a random sequence of numbers (up to 25 numbers at a time and up to 5 separate random sequences) eg. 26 through to 50.
You can even ask for an Advanced Entry so you can keep the same numbers for the next draw (Advanced Entries are only available for the very next draw).
Receipts Your Casket ticket number/s are issued on a receipt. Make sure you check your receipt to ensure the details are correct. To claim a prize and to find out if you have won a consolation prize take your receipt to your Golden Casket shop to have it checked.
Fixed draw
dates Draw dates are fixed and will appear on your receipt so you know exactly when to check to see if you have won a prize.
Casket is the perfect gift When you choose a Casket ticket as a gift, you can arrange to have a special message printed on your receipt. There's a big range to choose from so just ask your Agent for any of the following messages:
Happy Birthday, Thank you!, It's a bet!, Best Wishes, Get Well Soon, Congratulations!, Good Luck! and Happy Anniversary.
And there are special seasonal messages as well: Happy Mother's Day, Happy Father's Day, Happy Easter, Lucky Black Friday, Merry Christmas, Happy New Year, Happy Valentine’s Day and Happy St. Patrick's Day.
Winners Circle card. The way to play. You can register your Casket ticket on your Winners Circle card – the same card you use to register your Gold Lotto, Oz 7 Lotto, Powerball or The Pools entries. As a Winners Circle card holder, make sure you use your card every time you play so we can notify you if you have a win.
If you use your card and forget to claim your prize, we'll send you a prize cheque 13 weeks after the draw. But be careful with your receipt, because if you lose it, someone else can use it to claim your prize^. If you lose your receipt, call us immediately on 131 868, so we can place a 'Stop Payment' on your entry.
If you do not already have a Winners Circle
card simply apply on-line today, call us on 131 868, or ask your Golden Casket Agent for an Application Form. Once you receive your card just take it into your Golden Casket Agent and activate it by paying the $3 (including GST) annual administration fee.
How do I check the results? Just phone our Results Hotline on 1902 220 321* (current and historical draws). Ask your Agent to check your receipt or pick up a Casket Results flyer in-store. You can even check your local media - many newspapers choose to publish the results. Visit the Casket section of our website. However as there are many consolation prizes to be won you will need to ask your Agent to check your receipt for you.

Gold Lotto Saturday and Wednesday
Wouldn't it be nice to win a million?
Gold Lotto offers you the chance to make
your million dollar dreams come true every Saturday and Wednesday.
The aim of Gold Lotto is to match as many winning numbers drawn
from the barrel as possible with the numbers in a single game on your receipt.
Play a 'Quickpick'
entry where your numbers are randomly selected for you. You have a choice between a Quickpick (12 games),
a Super Quickpick (18 games), or a Mega Quickpick (24 games).
With a 'System' entry you select 7 or more numbers in a single game panel, which gives you the chance to win more.
A 'With the Field' entry allows you to choose 4 or 5 numbers from 45 (depending on the option your choose) giving you more chances to win.
When lodging your marked coupon, you have the
option to play your numbers in the Saturday draw, the Wednesday
draw, or in both draws. If you simply cross both boxes on your coupong - this is known as a 'Twinpick'.
Click here to download our Saturday Gold Lotto How to Play Guide for more information on playing your favourite lotto games. Please click here to download a free version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Draw closure times Saturday Gold Lotto draws close Saturday 7 pm (or Saturday 6 pm during Daylight Savings). Wednesday Gold Lotto draws close Wednesday 7.30 pm.
Superdraws
and Megadraws On a number of special occasions throughout
the year, Saturday Gold Lotto offers extraordinarily large First Division
one prize. These special draws are called Superdraws, and are certainly worth looking out for as they have offered
First Division prizes of up to $25 Million. Saturday Gold Lotto also offers the chance to win $31 Million or more in the special Megadraw held once a year during Christmas/New Year period.
How much does it cost? Click here to use our game cost calculator.
You can play a minimum of 4 games on
Saturday or Wednesday for only $2.20 (includes Agent's Commission). You
can play any even number of game panels (up to 12) on the one coupon. The more games you play, the more chances
you have of winning a prize. Refer to our price list for further information.
Golden Casket recommends that you always check your receipts.
How does the
draw work? Gold Lotto is drawn Saturday and Wednesday nights
at approximately 8:45pm on Channel Seven in Queensland, and affiliated regional
stations (check your local TV guide). Gold Lotto involves drawing
6 winning numbers and 2 supplementary numbers from a total
of 45 balls.
How do I know
if I have won? To win a prize you need to match at least 3 of the
winning numbers plus either supplementary number in one
game. Every Saturday and Wednesday night, Gold
Lotto offers 5 prize divisions for winners to share
in, which are as follows.
Division
What you need in one game to
win
1*
All 6 winning numbers
2
Any 5 winning numbers
plus either supplementary number
3
Any 5 winning numbers
4
Any 4 winning numbers
5
Any 3 winning numbers
plus either supplementary number
*All First Division dividends are provisional for 2 weeks following a draw.
A standard entry in a drawing of Gold Lotto cannot win a prize in more than one division.
Super 66 - Another
chance to win Super 66 is a game that gives you
another chance to win for only $1.10 per game(includes Agent's commission). Unless you are using recorded numbers, a 6 digit number will be randomly generated by your Agent's on-line terminal and printed onto your receipt.
It's easy to play Super 66. Simply cross
the Super 66 'Single' entry box on your Gold Lotto coupon or, for more than one entry, cross the 'Multiple' box and tell
your Golden Casket Agent how many Super 66 entries you want.
You can ask for up to 12 Super 66 games when you cross the multiple box on your coupon.
Otherwise you can play Super 66 on a Quickpick
entry. Just tell your Golden Casket Agent how many Super 66
entries you want to play. The Lotto terminal will print your
random Super 66 entry or entry(ies) onto your receipt.
The Super 66 weekly draw takes place every
Saturday night prior to the Gold Lotto draw.
Super 66 draws close Saturday 7 pm (or Saturday 6 pm during Daylight Savings)
Ways to play
Quickpick, Super Quickpick
and Mega Quickpick Quickpicks are a quick and easy way to
play Gold Lotto. Your numbers are randomly selected by the Golden
Casket Agent's Lotto terminal. A standard Quickpick gives you 12 games. If you want to play 18 games, ask for a Super Quickpick. And for 24 games, simply ask for a Mega Quickpick.
Twinpick A Twinpick is where you play the same set of
numbers in the next 2 consecutive Gold Lotto draws - one
Saturday and one Wednesday.
Marked coupon You can choose your numbers for each
game panel from numbers one to 45. Many players like to play
their own special numbers, by completing game panels on the
receipt.
System Entries System Entries give you the chance to win more. With a System Entry for Gold Lotto, you select 7 or more numbers in a single game panel. For
example, if you play a Gold Lotto System 10 game and match 4 numbers and a supplementary, you win 15 times
the Division 4 dividend plus 40 times the Division 5
dividend.
The type of System Entry relates to how
many numbers are selected in one game panel. So a System 8
means you select 8 numbers from 45, and a System 17 means
you select 17 numbers from 45. You can choose from 7-20 numbers in one game.
To play a System Entry, cross (x) your
selected numbers in the one game panel, then place a cross
(x) in the system box in that game panel.
For all Lotto games, you can play
anything from one System game on a coupon up to the
following.

Maximum games per coupon
System 7* to System

System 14 to System
20

* For a System 7
Quickpick, a minimum of 2 game panels is required.
Form a syndicate Syndicates
are formed by groups of people who pool funds to purchase entries. For further details on forming or
joining a syndicate, ask for a Syndicate Kit at your nearest
Golden Casket Agent or visit the Syndicate page in this site for Syndicate resources, including a handy Online Syndicate Planner to make organising a Syndicate easy.
With the Field 'With the Field' allows you to play
less than the normal six numbers required in a game. You can
choose 4 or 5 numbers from 45. You are guaranteed the remaining 1 or 2 winning numbers (depending on which 'With the Field' entry you choose), giving you more chances to win. Of the 6 winning numbers drawn,
you only need 4 or 5, depending on the option you choose.
If, for example, you choose to play 5
'With the Field' entry then you would only choose 5 numbers
from 45. These would then be combined with all of the other
40 remaining numbers giving you the equivalent of 40 single
standard games.
Multiweek Entries The Multiweek option is extremely
useful when going on holidays or if you don't visit your Golden
Casket Agent very often. You can play the same set of numbers
in either 5 or 10 consecutive weeks of the draws. Multiweek
Entries are not available for Systems 16 to 20.
Simply cross the relevant 5 or 10 week
box in the Multiweek section on your Gold Lotto coupon, or
ask your Golden Casket Agent when entering with a Quickpick
or playing with your favourite recorded numbers.
Advance entries If there is a Gold Lotto draw
you don't want to miss you might like to ask for an Advance Entry. You can
nominate which future draw you wish to enter up to 10 weeks
in advance.
Record your favourite numbers It's easy to play Gold
Lotto using your favourite numbers. Simply mark a coupon
with your chosen numbers, hand this coupon to your Golden
Casket Agent along with your Golden Casket Winners Circle card and ask them to record these numbers onto your
card. Next time you want to play, just hand the Agent your
card and ask to play your recorded games.
Powerball. Could change it all.
On Thursdays Powerball could change it all. Powerball is the jackpotting game which guarantees a First Division prize pool of a minimum $3 Million and can jackpot to as high as $35 Million or more!
How do I play? To play Powerball you can use the specific Powerball
coupon and you have 4 options:
Simply cross (x) off 5 from 45 numbers in the first panel of your coupon, then cross (x) off just one number - the 'Powerball' number - in the second panel with the shaded 'P'
Play a 'Quickpick'
entry, where your numbers are randomly selected by the Lotto
terminal. You have a choice between a Quickpick (12 games),
a Super Quickpick (18 games), or a Mega Quickpick (24 games).
With a 'System' entry you select 7 or more numbers (up to 20), or six or more for a PowerHit system entry, in a single game panel then cross the 'System' box.

You can play a minimum of 2 games of Powerball for only $1.30
(includes Agent handling fee). You can play any even number of game panels (up to 12) on the one coupon. The more games you play, the more chances you have of winning a prize. Refer to our price list for further information
Golden Casket recommends that you always check your receipts.
How does the
draw work? Every Thursday night, the Powerball
draw takes place at approximately 8:45pm on Channel Seven and affiliated
regional stations in Queensland.
The draw features 2 machines
which both contain 45 numbered balls numbered 1 to 45. The first machine will draw 5 numbers. The second will draw only one number, the 'Powerball'. Therefore, it is possible that the Powerball number drawn could be identical to a number drawn in the first draw machine.
How do I know
if I have won? The Powerball prize divisions are as follows:
Division
What you need in one game to
win
1*
All 5 winning numbers
from the first draw machine plus 1 Powerball winning number.
2
All 5 winning numbers
from the first draw machine.
3
Any 4 winning numbers
from the first draw machine plus the 1 Powerball winning
number.
4
Any 3 winning numbers
from the first draw machine plus the 1 Powerball winning
number.
5
Any 4 winning numbers
from the first draw machine.
6
Any 2 winning numbers
from the first draw machine plus the 1 Powerball winning
number.
7
Any 3 winning numbers
from the first draw machine.
*All First Division dividends are provisional for 2 weeks following a draw.
A standard entry in Powerball cannot win a prize in
more than one division.
Ways to play
Quickpick, Super Quickpick
and Mega Quickpick Quickpicks are a quick and easy way to
play Powerball. Your numbers are randomly selected by the Agent's Lotto terminal. A standard Quickpick gives you 12 games. If you want to play 18 games, ask for a Super Quickpick. And for 24 games, simply ask for a Mega Quickpick.
PowerHit PowerHit is a new type of Powerball entry which guarantees you the Powerball, because you get all 45 Powerball numbers in the one game. A one game PowerHit entry is equivalent to 45 standard Powerball games, which means 45 chances to win.
There are 2 ways to play a PowerHit.
1. Mark a coupon, simply cross 5 numbers in the left game panel and then cross the 'PowerHit' box. There is no need to mark a Powerball number in the right game panel. You can play from 1 to 12 games on the one coupon.
2. Or ask your Golden Casket Agent for a 'PowerHit' and you will receive a randomly selected one game PowerHit entry. How much does it cost?
Powerpick You can use your favourite numbers
from Gold Lotto (Saturday & Wednesday) to play
Powerball with a Powerpick. A Powerpick simply uses your
Lotto numbers and randomly chooses one of them for your Powerball
number. The other 5 numbers are played in the first panel
of your Powerball game.
You can either mark a special Powerpick
box on your normal Gold Lotto coupon or simply ask your Golden
Casket Agent for a Powerpick to be played with your other
Gold Lotto games.
Mark a Powerball coupon To play Powerball, you simply cross
off 5 from 45 numbers in the first panel. Then mark off
just one number, the 'Powerball', in the second panel. It's
that easy.
System entries System Entries give you the chance to win more. With a System Entry for Powerball you only choose extra numbers in the first game panel. For example, if you play a Powerball System 10 game and match 4 numbers and not the Powerball, you win 6 times
the Division 5 dividend plus 60 times the Division 7
dividend.
So to play a System 10 in Powerball, you choose 10 numbers in the first panel, and only 1 number, the 'Powerball', or the PowerHit option from the second panel. PowerHit Systems Entries are available from Systems 6 to 15.
For Powerball, you can play anything from
one system game panel on a coupon, up to the following.

useful when going on holidays or if you don't visit your Golden
Casket Agent very often. You can play the same set of numbers
in either 5 or 10 consecutive weeks of the draws. Multiweek
Entries are not available for Systems 16 to 20.
Simply cross the relevant 5 or 10 week
box in the Multiweek section on your Powerball coupon, or
ask your Golden Casket Agent when entering with a Quickpick
or playing with your favourite recorded numbers.

card and ask to play your recorded games.
Super 66 - Another chance to win Super 66 is a game that gives you
another chance to win for only $1.10 per game(includes Agent handling fee). Unless you are using recorded numbers, a 6 digit number will be randomly generated by your Agent's on-line terminal and printed onto your receipt.
It's easy to play Super 66. Simply cross
the Super 66 'Single' entry box on your Powerball coupon or, for more than one entry, cross the 'Multiple' box and tell
your Golden Casket Agent how many Super 66 entries you want.
You can ask for up to 12 Super 66 games when you cross the multiple box on your coupon.
Otherwise you can play Super 66 on a Quickpick

How do I know if I've won? If the letters revealed form three
or more "complete words" in the CROSSWORD

The Pools
Pick 6 from 38 and win!
The Pools is based on selected soccer matches from the Australian League during the domestic (Southern Hemisphere) season and matches from Europe and the UK during the international (Northern Hemisphere) season.
The Pools winning numbers are determined by the results of weekend soccer fixtures. Each week the match list contains 38 matches plus reserve matches. These 38 matches are selected by number and the 6 winning numbers are those matches that result in the highest score-draws (ie. where both teams have the same scored result). The seventh highest score-draw denotes the supplementary number. For selected matches, refer to the current match list.
How do I play? When it comes to placing your entry, you can use your soccer knowledge or simply select your favourite numbers to be in with a chance to win.
Simply cross (x) off 6 from 38 numbers in each game panel (minimum of 2 panels).
Ask for a 'Quickpick'
entry and have your numbers randomly selected for you. You have a choice between a Quickpick (12 games),
a Super Quickpick (18 games), or a Mega Quickpick (24 games).
With a 'System' entry you select 7 or more numbers in a single game panel, which gives you the chance to win more.
A 'With the Field' entry allows you to choose 4 or 5 numbers from 38 (depending on the option your choose) giving you more chances to win.
Draw Closure times Pools draws close Saturday 7 pm or 6pm during Daylight Savings (or Saturday 2 pm during the Australian Soccer season).
How much does it cost? You can play a minimum of 2
games of The Pools for only $1.10 (includes Agent's commission).
You can play an even number of game panels (up to 12) on the one coupon. The more games you play, the more chances you have of winning a prize. Refer to our price list for further information.
Golden Casket recommends that you always check your receipts.
How The
Pools works With The Pools, you have to pick
6 numbers out of 38 to win.
The winning numbers are determined by
the results of soccer matches in Europe, including fixtures from
Germany, France, Spain, Italy and the Netherlands
and the UK or Australia (depending
on the season). 38 matches are selected by number each week,
and the 6 winning numbers are those games with the highest
score-draws. The seventh highest score-draw denotes the supplementary
match number. And because The Pools jackpots each week if it's not
won - and it often does jackpot - there's a good reason to
play The Pools.
Entries
Deadline You can enter The Pools as late
as 7pm Saturday anywhere in Queensland (6 pm during Daylight Savings or 2pm during the Australian Soccer season). Closing times do
vary seasonally and it is advisable to consult your local
Golden Casket Agent
for all the details.
How
do I know if I have won? The
Pools prize divisions are as follows.
Division
What you need in one game to win
1*
All 6 winning numbers
2
5 of the 6 winning numbers plus
the supplementary number
3
5 of the 6 winning numbers
4
4 of the 6 winning numbers
5
3 of the 6 winning numbers plus the supplementary number
*All First Division dividends are provisional for 2 weeks following a draw.
Ways to Play
Quickpick, Super
Quickpick, and Mega Quickpick Quickpicks are a quick and easy way to
play Gold Lotto. Your numbers are randomly selected by the Golden
Casket Agent's Lotto terminal. A standard Quickpick gives you 12 games. If you want to play 18 games, ask for a Super Quickpick. And for 24 games, simply ask for a Mega Quickpick.
Marked coupon You can choose your own 6 numbers for each game panel from numbers one to 38. Many players like to play their own special numbers every week, by marking game panels on the coupon.
Systems entries System Entries give you the chance to win more. With a System Entry for The Pools, you select 7 or more numbers in a single game panel. For
example, if you play a Pools System 10 game and match 4 numbers and a supplementary, you win 15 times
the Division 4 dividend plus 40 times the Division 5
dividend.
The type of System Entry relates to how
many numbers are selected in one game panel. So a System 8
means you select 8 numbers from 38, and a System 17 means
you select 17 numbers from 38. You can choose from 7-20 numbers in one game.
To play a System Entry, cross (x) your
selected numbers in the one game panel, then place a cross
(x) in the system box in that game panel.
For all Lotto games, you can play
anything from one System game on a coupon up to the
following.
System type
Maximum games per coupon
System 7* to System
13
12
System 14 to System
20
4
* For a System 7
Quickpick, a minimum of 2 game panels is required.
With the Field 'With the Field' allows you to play
less than the normal six numbers required in a game. You can
choose 4 or 5 numbers from 38. You are guaranteed the remaining 1 or 2 winning numbers (depending on which 'With the Field' entry you choose), giving you more chances to win. Of the 6 winning numbers drawn,
you only need 4 or 5, depending on the option you choose.
If, for example, you choose to play 5
'With the Field' entry then you would only choose 5 numbers
from 38. These would then be combined with all of the other
33 remaining numbers giving you the equivalent of 33 single
standard games.
Simply cross the relevant 5 or 10 week
box in the Multiweek section on your Pools coupon, or
ask your Golden Casket Agent when entering with a Quickpick
or playing with your favourite recorded numbers.
Simply cross
the Super 66 'Single' entry box on your Pools coupon or, for more than one entry, cross the 'Multiple' box and tell
your Golden Casket Agent how many Super 66 entries you want.
